Job title: Maintenance Engineer
Qualification: B.E. Mechanical with 3 to 4 years or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 6 to 8 years
Experience: Relevant experience in the maintenance field preferably in Chemical / Pharmaceutical Industry.
Job Description:
1 Should have knowledge in use of Safety PPE's and should ensure safety in workplace and guide workforce to ensure zero incident.
2 Maintenance of all Air compressors, Blowers, Pumps & Vacuum pumps
3 Operation and Maintenance of DM/N2 /Vacuum plant.
4 Should have thorough knowledge in maintenance of Autoclaves / Reactors / Centrifuges / Gear boxes / Mech.seals
5 Maintenance of all utility pipe lines and fittings and replacing the lines if necessary.
6 PPM for equipment updating and maintaining internal documentations and preparation of SOP's follow as per that.
7 Outside jobs follow up with vendors. (Machining jobs/Regulator servicing/All AMC Equipment)
8 Repairing of Aluminum Doors/door closer/Locks/filing cabinets/wooden works
9 Plumbing related works.
10 Should have knowledge in Air Handling Units and its operation.
11 Should have knowledge in Chillers and its operation.
12 Should have knowledge in Pilot plant and its small Reactors
13 Should have knowledge in clean room environment.
14 Should have knowledge in documentation like DQ, IQ, and OQ & PQ.
