I just saw an ad on TV for these:
It sounds like these are just the Osram Silverstars that are renamed "Sylvania Silverstar Ultra" for the US market. Still - the suggested retail is $50 a pair, which is way more than imported Osram Silverstars (or any number of different imported European bulbs).
It doesn't sounds as if these have any blue tint.
