Power steering air control valve

1995 Toyota Tercel I am retrofitting a power steering system (rack & pinion) into this car. The donor car (identical model) is not available to me. I have a factory shop manual. BUT, the rack and pinion assembly has two vacuum tubes. They are attached to a "Air Control Valve) which screws into the gearbox housing. I need to know where to connect the other end (engine end) of this twin tube assembly. Evidently it serves as an "idle-up" sensor to increase idle when turning the wheel.

The factory manual is completely silent about this hose routing. There are no vacuum diagrams. I assume it goes somewhere to the throttle body. All help and advice appreciated. I suppose one solution would be to look at identical cars at car lots etc.

Thanks, Ivan Vegvary
