I'm not expert on the S-series Blazer, but this is a common problem on the Astro/Safari vans. In the case of the vans, it is almost always a broken vacuum line in the engine compartment. I'd start following vacuum lines under the hood first and make sure they are all intact. (Note: GM uses some odd looking vacuum lines that are about the same diameter of a heavy gauge [10/12] electrical wire and can be easily overlooked.)
