isn't 7/70 generally 7 years or 70k miles, whichever comes first[1]? car in question has already passed 70k miles according to poster.

[1] I feel this is reasonable, too. Covering the outliers who ride 100k per year for 7 years, ie 700k miles, isn't particularly reasonable.
