I have a query regd my 96 daewoo cielo.Its an SOHC 8valve 4cyl 1497cc

80bhp.I am very keen on increasing power.

Please give your inputs one the following:

Is it possible to chanage the current head for a 16valve twin cam one

(like the one that comes in the NEXIA). My mechanic says cielo and the nexia share the same block!

Or will it be feasible to put a ported head in lieu of the current stock one.

It might be easier and less expensive to simply sell the vehicle and buy another one with the equipment and power you want. Changing things on todays vehicles with all their computer controls, etc., can turn into an expensive nightmare. Especially if you don't really know what you are doing. Life is short, life is sweet! Why fould it up with nightmares of our own making?
