Installing a set of Accel 'Super Stock' wires - there's the yellow outer silicon layer, then the white insulating layer, then there is a black layer that looks like heat shrink, then another black layer. Thinking inside that layer is the spiral core wire / kevlar braid. So do I strip off that first black layer? (it fits kind of loose around the inner black layer)
The instructions don't mention two black layers... just one. Tried calling support last night, too late. Called today - closed for inventory! Doh! Help!
