I plan to purchase a Toyota Corolla LE with 98000 miles for $7000 out the door. It comes with White, LE, automatic, air conditioning, power windows, power locks, cruise, tilt, Driver Air Bag; Air Conditioning; Cruise Control; Passenger Air Bag; Rear Window Defroster; Power Door Locks; Power Mirrors; Power Windows; Power Steering; Tilt Wheel

Is this a good deal? If not what should the highest price be when paying for this vehicle?

Thanks for any advice you may provide for me

You are looking for a nursemaid here and can't even say what year the dam thing is. Like they say, "A fool and his money are soon parted." You are letting the tail wag the dog. This vehicle has 98,000 miles on it and you are buying it from a dealer, based on your wording "out the door." There's a screwing in there somewhere. You should first be inspecting the mechanicals on the vehicle, not the white paint. Or did the dealer inspect it for you and tell you it's fine and dandy? Before you buy any car you should know what its value is on the market within a range. You can find help on several car sales sites for this or simply keep checking your own classifieds where you live to get a feel for prices over time. Knowledge is power and ignorance is poverty.

Sorry for not putting the year. This is a 2000 Toyota Corolla LE

No this is not a good price. Sounds more like the sticker price you would find on this car in a "Buy Here Pay Here" lot in the bad side of town

Check your values at Edmunds or NADA web site. You can do much much better!
