Where to get a tire compressor.

Anybody know who sells a neumatic tire bead compressor? Or maybe even a strap type with a ratchet?

I have a tractor with front tires that are so stiff that the old "wrap a rope around the tread and twist" won't do. Years ago I saw one that almost looked like a bicycle inner tube with a tightning strap and air nozzle, but I can't find one anywhere that isn't attached to a multi thousand dollar tire changer.

Or maybe just another idea of how to compress a stiff bead.

Thanx any Dan

How about a come-along with a tow strap?

Or you could do it really old-school and spray ether around the bead, then light it on fire.

Maybe a chain or really good nylon strap instead of the rope and a loooong twist lever.

Thanks everybody. I finally took the wheel off the tractor and hauled it into the shop where I had a huge compressor. With a half inch nylon rope being twisted with a tire iron till I thought the iron was going to bend and the regulator wide open to 150 PSI, it finally popped shut.

I would still like to find a real neumatic compressor.

*** Sorry, can't view YOUTUBE stuff. I am on a very slow rural dial up. The tire would be dry rotted before the video loaded.
