Is there a Fuel Pump enertia switch on a 1996 Toyota Avalon? I'm a bodyman and just bought one hit moderatley in the front-end. ... it no run ! ... W/no fuelpump noise...

I don't think so.

The engine has to be turning, either by the starter or it has to be running for the fuel pump to operate.
