I just bought a 99 Tacoma 2WD automatic, and the idle is too high. When at a light, you have to keep your foot on the brake. I know that new cars don't allow you to adjust the idle and I was wondering if I can lower the idle on this truck without out running into trouble. Also, how is it done. Thanks.
