Toyota Previa 97 Over heat

I have a 97 Toy Previa SC.. it runs very good without AC Turn on and normal driving (20-40miles). Anytime I turn on Ac or going uphill or

70miles.. the temperature is going high very close to H. I have to turn off AC and turn on heat to cool it down.. I already replaced new thermal-stat, flush the radiator, new cap, Fan cluck tested. Any suggestions thank you very much.

it may be time to replace the radiator. I had to do mine last year. my radiator had lots of sediment which a flush couldn't get out. once I had the radiator out, I found it weighed probable 3 to 4 times more than the new replacement.
