'83 240 Fuel Hose Help

I need to replace the fuel hose that runs from the fuel injector rail in the engine compartment to the fuel pump. This is a special hose within a hose assembly with threaded ends. Since this hose is under high pressure, I dont want to use a standard hose with a clamp. Any idea where I can get it on-line in the US ? - most of the usual on-line sources don't have it and my local Volvo ( FORD) dealer doesn't carry it anymore because they only sell new FORD Volvos and do not want to have anything to do with people like me that own

240s. Then again I don't want to have anything to do with them either..........

High pressure hose with band clamps works fine.

I have a '77 240 that I put an engine from a '83 into. The fuel pump / filter setup is different ('77 filter is in engine compartment; '83 filter is under car near pump). So to connect from filter to engine and from engine to return line I used the fittings from the '83 "hose in a hose" fuel line (just cut off the old hose) and high pressure hose with band clamps. I have had no leaks or other problems in the 5 years I since I did this.

As you will be running the new line under the car you might make your own "hose in a hose" part by using garden hose for the outer hose and high pressure fuel line for the inner hose. Not exactly a "commercial" part but I think it would serve the function quite nicely.
