Car suddenly needs 1 litres of engine oil every 1,000miles. There are no oil leaks, the exhaust appears clean with no blue smoke, the engine has no power loss and continues to run beautifully. It has covered 102,000miles in ten years (and three days) and has never needed any oil between service before. TIA
