240 WAGON , #2 FUSE( WINDSHIELD WIPER) KEEPS BLOWING, ALREADY CHANGED WIPER MOTOR WHAT SHOULD I CHECK NEXT.

Check your caps lock.

Then start looking for a bad ground. Any old wiring that has insulation peeling away and touching anything it shouldn't?
