GM just leased a fuel cell vehicle to the Army

OT I know, but maybe others in this forum are interested. In the morning newspaper is a report about a just-leased pickup truck from GM to the US Army. It is a fuel cell powered Silverado. While it's total lack of contaminants into the atmosphere (just water vapor) is good, it's performance is pathetic. Zero to 60 MPH in 19 seconds, and a range of 125 miles. Hopefully this is just a beginning, and fuel cell technology will significantly improve over time. Wonder how long it takes to refill the cells, and where would that be done?

A fuel cell with those characteristics would run on hydrogen. A fuel cell is a fuel-to-electricity converter.
