Trac & ABS Indicator Lights On

My new battery was dead this morning so I just had it jumped thinking I left the lights on accidently last night. The car is idling in the driveway right now but the "Trac" and "ABS" lights are lit on the dashboard. I pushed the "Trac Off" button to see if that would reset it but it didn't. Perhaps everything will reset itself when the car is shut off and restarted but I can't chance it right now; need the battery charged for (What? A half hour or so?). Any clues?

Check for voltage in the system, because ABS shutdown when voltage to low.

Thanks, Ralf. I apparently left the blinkers on overnight 'cause the parking lights came on every time I connected my battery charger. I suspected something more involved when I couldn't stop the lights in any switch position (I left the charger on for only a few seconds each time for fear I was gonna' blow something out; it was making an unusal sound... so I thought.) In any event, I drove the car to a mechanic friend who checked out the voltage and found the car to be charging just fine. Finally shut it off then restarted and everything has been working properly since.
