1994 Dodge Spirit 3.0 - Need to know how to clock distributor after someone else tore it down

1994 Dodge Spirit 3.0 - Need to know how to clock distributor after someone else tore it down. When the Cams and Crank are at their respective timing marks is that TDC#1? And is the distributor lined
there as well? Where should rotor point? The factory manual I'm using doesn't include engine electrical. Thanks.

Look at the cap follow the #1 plug wire through the cap to the opposite side of the cap The rotor will not point at the #1 wire.
