Check your diagnostic trouble codes in the engine management computer. This will probably be your first hint.

If you have an autozone or similar outfit in your area that reads codes for free, you could try that as opposed to paying someone for diagnostic time.

Hyundaitech - - - Isn't this the symptoms that were exhibited when Hyundai put out the recall/service bulletin about 4 or 5 years ago whereby the dealers rerouted the wiring for the MAS?

Yeah, actually, that sounds about right. Thanks, Old_Timer. It's a good idea to call the local dealer and see if there are any recalls (and get it scanned, so you know what to expect). There's still several possible problems which could have no relation to the recall.
