'91 trooper (from above)

well after 3 days and $130 of diagnostics - I STILL don't know for sure why my ac, vent, heater, defroster, etc. don't work....the latest mechanic (a japanese specialist) says they are not getting any power and it's not the relay, fuses, switches, etc.... he thinks it's in the wiring harness..... also says my ac is shot - although it was working the day everything stopped - compressor frozen up, condenser leaking...... I have another good mechanic that can probably fix this stuff IF I can tell him what to do..... he checked it for 2 days (several hours) and could not find the problem but he didn't charge me..... Anyone know an economical (read cheap) way to replace the ac unit and find this pesky electrical problem.....

By the way - the trooper is in excellent (otherwise) condition, runs good, drives good, looks good... Suggesstions appreciated. Thanks
