1995 Geo Tracker

Hi all...

I have a 1995 Geo Tracker and it has a problem. The fan speed will only work on the third position and higher. Can anyone tell me if it is the switch or is it something else causing this problem??

Thanks Jim... is this something that is fairly easy to replace?? I do have mechanical skills, but really hate working in tight places....and can I get the parts somewhere other than a dealer?

Well, I will be looking at it tomorrow to see if the problem is in the switch.... i had a similar problem with a honda 750.. the headlight wasn't working even though the turn signals worked... turned out the problem was in the switch itself... so i am thinking contact is being lost at the first two positions just from all the years of being used....
