Algae-powered vehicles within five years

Packard sold the tooling for an older model to Russia as part of Lend-Lease during the war. That car was called the ZIS. After Stalin died and it became a bad idea to mention him the facility was renamed for Lenin instead and the car became the ZIL. I don't recall much about the car or the name other than it being big, black, having a top speed of 99Mph despite a *huge* engine. A lot of the cars they had on that episode had names seemingly without vowels - in the Roman alphabet anyways.
