1994 Toyota 4wd 4 Runner with shudder

1994 4-Runner with alignment and new tires shudders at 60+ mph when letting off the gas or when quick acceleration. What could cause this? Odometer reads 123,000 miles. Vehicle is in night new shape interior and engine compartment. Well kept for engineer except for this problem.
