Changing the fluid and filter in the transmission, and wondered if the use of Seafoam or Trans x transmission cleaner would be of benefit. The engine got hot (220) due to radiator leak which is fixed. Would cleaner help the trans cooler lines as well ? It's pushing 250,000 miles and I would like to avoid the rebuild as long as possible.
