When I push the 4wd Hi button in snow, there is a grinding noise and the rear wheels spin a little and then the 4x4 locks in. I get the grinding noise a 5 miles an hour immediately or at full stop, when I start to drive. Any Ideas would be appreciated. Thanks, Ed
