I just replaced the fuel pump in my OBS '99 Tahoe 4WD but the guage is not returning accurate fuel levels. For instance, yesterday it said I was empty but when I filled up I could only put 20 gallons in a 30 gallon tank.
Does the fuel guage need to be recalibrated to account for the new fuel pump?
