Speedo and tach problem

Hi,



96 K1500 the tach and speedo are only working intermittently, they are not accurate when working, and the check gauges light comes on. Any idea where to start with this one?? Thanks, MB

I'd start with checking the cluster grounding and wiring harness. Remove cluster, reseat and check connections.
