I just bought a new 325i with Bluetooth, but have found that my Cingular Motorola RAZR V3 phone's bluetooth connection often turns itself off, even after I've set it to always stay on. Has anyone else seen this?
This is the only phone that is a) Bluetooth enabled, b) BMW compatible, and c) currently available to Cingular customers. Have other Cingular/BMW customers seen this problem, and found a solution? Thx!
Check with your dealer. There is a software upgrade for that problem.
Any idea where to get the upgrade? My Cingular dealer hasn't heard of this. Thanks!
Actually it is an upgrade to the car, not the phone. If they don't know about it, ask them about the software upgrade CIP 20.
