i'm looking to buy a new (to me at least) car and have found a low mileage

2004 525i. i'd like to get current owners opinions (likes/dislikes) before i buy.

2004 525i

17K miles sport package $39K (sticker)

any help would be appreciated. what should i offer for the vehicle?
