1983 S10 stalls

Hi, I have a 1983 Chevy S10 Pickup with V6 Manual Transmission which is stalling during certain conditions. It stalls the most when slowing down in left turn condition. In other words, you're turning left and slowing down at the same time. It also occurs but not as often when just slowing down. These stalling occurs most often in hot weather days. I've changed all the hoses but that didn't seem to help. Anyone knows what the problem is and how to fix it? Thanks in advance for any help you can provide. Serf

check for carbon plugging the Vaccum holes in the intake manifold. I remember having near the same stalling problem on my 83 Back in 1988 .. I had to remove the CARB and clean out the holes ..

Carb float level or dirty needle and seat valve. If you end up taking the carb off, just get a carb rebuilt kit and redo the whole thing, it probably needs it by now anyway. Lots of years for varnish to start making all kinds of things go wrong.
