I'm working on this engine, 251 CI and don't know the bore spec. Does anyone know it...my manual is still a couple of days away.
Isn't that integrated head a monster? Has anyone swapped it for a regular head? If so, did it pass emissions testing?

I guess you are talking about the 250ci straight six with the head and intake manifold cast as one place. If so:
Bore and stroke = 3.875 x 3.530 Piston clearance = .0010-.0015 inch Ring Side Clearance Top compression = .0012-.0027 Bottom compression = .0012-.0032 Ring gap Top compression = .010-.020 Bottom compression = .010-020 Oil Control = .015-.055
