Does anybody know of something like John Muir's idiot VW manual for these trucks?
I was tempted to become a VW mechanic, until I realized I needed a truck instead of a car, and that a Chevy truck was a lot more economical anyway. And in fact a lot simpler. By the time something breaks down, I've forgot how to fix it. Still, every 5 or 10 years something has to be fixed, and I'll bet somebody has written up some simple directions.
