Does a 2004 2500HD use a Gov-Lock?

Was talking to a salesman today that told me the new Chevy 2500 HD with the

14 bolt corporation rear axle does not have a Gov-Lock style posi. anyone know if that's true?

Can't be absolutely positive...but looking thru the 2004 manuals, all I see is gov-loc posi's described for all of the diff sizes.
