I have a 2004 T&C 3.8L with 43,000 miles. I have noticed what I think

Have you given the engine the lookover to make sure there's no disconnected vacuum lines?

Do you have emission testing in your state and does it pass emissions?

Is it losing coolant?

Could be a sticky EGR valve, that is just a guess.

I would check fuel pressure for starters, and get the vehicle computer scanned by a dealer. Another cheap shotgun thing you can try doing is changing the fuel filter, if this has an external can-style filter but that probably won't work.

I would also recommend you get right on this problem since if it is a fuel problem you can burn up your catalytic converter of you let it go for a long period of time. My gut feel is your dealing with a fuel mixture issue not an ignition issue.
