There's any number of Minis on Ebay described as "tax exempt", then some bullshit like "reshelled into 93 car". What they really mean is that they got a 93 Mini, took the VIN plate off a (probably restorable) pre-72 car, then claimed that the newer car is tax exempt. Clearly illegal in so many ways.
