Oil and lead additive help wanted

Hello,

as owner of a Alfa Romeo Spider 2000 from 1973, I'm wondering wich is the best oil and lead additive to use. The manual tells me to use 10 W/50, but whats the difference between a 15 W/50 and a 20 W/50.

Any help appreciated
