can anyone help me to locate a pair of hillman hunter heater control slider knobs or suggest something that may fit to cover up the two flat rods protruding from the front of my dash board.

I thought I had some Series Minx items that may fit, but they're not in the box I expected to find them in, so either they're in the depths of my shed, or I didn't keep them. How big are the ends? I have a couple of Nissan ones to fit 1mm x 4mm flat bar.
