2000 dodge carivan windows fogging

The windows fog only at highway speeds. The antifreeze is not low. No apparent signs of heater core leaking. What else could it be???

Make sure that you are not using recirculation. And if the A/C system is low on charge and not working it will never get the moisture out of the vehicle.Also make sure the cowl is not covered with snow or ice!!
