The brake lights, hazard lights work. The turn signals do not work. Replaced the fuse located in the glove box, but cannot find the location of the place to install the flasher. Where the heck is it? 1991 Dodge Dynasty LE.

I think the turn signals go thru the flasher. You sure it's not the switch?
