Has anyone heard if the standard Neon (95',96') 2.0 having "smart enrty" or daylight driving lamps ?

All Canadian '96's had DRL Some highlines had interior lights that came on when you lifted the door handle. These also lit the key-hole - letting the "punks" know they were the easy ones to steal.
