i have 1996 intrepid and check engine code says "fuel to lean" and i smell gas coming through the a-c vents , also i'm looking for vacum routing for a "1996 dodge intrepid" any help will be appreciated.

For a problem such as this you would have to almost have a scan tool and a fuel pressure gauge to run certain test on the system. The most common cause of that fault would be the up stream 02 sensor not switching but could be a number of other things.
