Do you have the heater control on recirculate? Do you run with heat to the floor? Is your floor mat wet (leaky floor) Generally, do not use recirc excepr fot maximum cooling in the summer, and keep the defroster on all the time in the winter (all cool weather) to keep air over the windsheild. Keep the floor dry.
