Rear Heater core coolant lines in Dodge Grand Caravan

I am wondering if anyone has ever had to replace or repair the coolant lines that go from the heater core in the rear of the Dodge Grand Caravan. I have a 2001 Dodge Grand Caravan Sport with the 3.3 lt v6 motor and it leaks coolant from one or both of the rear heater core coolant line under the passenger side. I have not gotten under it yet to see if it is leaking there or if the coolant is just running down the line from another spot. I have not yet checked on the prices of the lines which is a dealer item. I have heard of prices as high as $200 and also I have read where people have spliced into the existing lines and just put in a patch. I would love to have any advice about this.

Thanks.
