Okay... something electronic is getting wet, and causing the engine perform poorly.
With the obvious answer out of the way... no one could offer anything more than SWAG's as to what's wrong without knowing the codes that are stored. The procedure to retrieve the codes can be found here:

If you can post back what you see, it would help narrow the list of potential problems
