BlankAny body know if theres an 'off the shelf' replacement RHD headlamp to fit Bullnose Firebirds (1970 - 1973)? I dont even know if theyre sealed beam units like in the old minis?

Someone must have had replaced one sometime!

Im importing a 73 TA & am trying to source parts ready for its MOT...

many thanks

Dave

are they round 7inch ? IIRC the 78 Camaro were 7 inch. I used a mini (not BMW version) The down side is that the car gets to the end of the road before the light does :->

Shouldn't be a problem... I know you can/could get high power replacements (ie not sealed beam) but never got round to getting any.

Failing that you could call Rodley Motors in Bradford ( Tel. no. not to hand at the mo. but they're on the web).

I can't remember the US industry/trade # for those (6054 maybe???). Just search the net for auto parts companies that deal in lamps for US cars in the UK. You're bound to find plug in replacements.
