I have a 99 Explorer and noticed one day when attempting to use the A/C that the air flow was minimum at full thrust. I took it to a mechanic but he wasn't able to locate the problem. He said he took some of the dashboard apart but didn't detect cause. The last thing he mentioned was a pin had disconnected from a flap that switches air direction. Anyone have any ideas?
