Running a check on the Kelly Bluebook website returned a value of $5,340 even when adding on some common options and giving it a rating of excellent condition. You may have some real trouble selling it for anything close to your asking price.
I've just run a Kelly Bluebook on it myself and the value returned was $6610. Perhaps you did not enter all the options or maybe it is a zip code difference. Used trucks are in high demand here in Texas.

I am thinking like you, like-new truck with 25,000, book is only a guide and you will probably get close to what you ask. A new pickup like this would be much more than double your price.
