Im thinking of purchasing a 1997 F-150 XLT 4x2 regular cab/ long box, automatic with a 4.6 litre engine. Can anyone please give me an honest mileage rating for this vehicle.
If any one is interested my 1997 F-250 light duty, XLT, 4x4 S/C, auto with a
5.4 Litre engine gets roughly 5.8 km/litre or 13mpg (US) or 16mpg (canadian) on the highway. Its a real gas guzzler.
Anyone have any comments on the 4.6L engines, regarding reliablity etc.
