Executives Looted Auto Makers

Nov 30, 2008 0 Replies

Perot founded Electronic Data Systems (EDS) in 1962, sold the company to General Motors in 1984, and as a result he was given stock and was on GM board of directors. He complained about the whole sale theft that was going on. Thats right the executives were looting the company so they bought him out for more money and had him sign a nondisclosure agreement. They paid him to keep his mouth shut and none of the crooks in congress has tried to make him talk.
