bestop Jeep give away 2004

Is Bestop one of the up and up companies? Remember a 2004 contest where they were going to give away a "restored 1985 Jeep CJ-7 vehicle"? Well the contest ended Dec 31st, there was suppose to be a drawing Jan 11 and a winner would be contacted. Well it is 8 weeks later and they still have not announced a winner! Also the info about the contest has been removed from the front page of their website. Are they trying to back out of their own give-a-way contest? Their official rules can be found here

and I will copy them below for history in case they decide to remove that page from their servers. Maybe they are just slow, but seems like this is one of those public showings where it would be important to show off what they are doing for the little guys out there. By their own rules they are suppose to show the winner info from January 11, 2005 to March 10, 2005, well guess what day is coming up.

ELIGIBILITY The Bestop Jeep® Giveaway 50th Anniversary Sweepstakes("Sweepstakes") runs between 12:00 AM Eastern Standard Time ("EST") on January 1, 2004 and 11:59 PM EST on December 31, 2004. In the event of dispute, entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. "Authorized account holder" means the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.
